History and values

We are an artisan family cannery based in St Félix Lauragais, founded in 1989 by Louis Charles de Roquette-Buisson. He noticed that our ancestor’s culinary heritage was slowly fading away, and decided to start his own company to save it. One by one, he met with the grandmothers of the Lauragais region to discover what made their cooking so unique.

Beyond food, we want to keep alive the memory of our terroir and those that made it so special!
