History and valuesWe are an artisan family cannery based in St Félix Lauragais, founded in 1989 by Louis Charles de Roquette-Buisson. He noticed that our ancestor’s culinary heritage was slowly fading away, and decided to start his own company to save it. One by one, he met with the grandmothers of the Lauragais region to discover what made their cooking so unique.
Beyond food, we want to keep alive the memory of our terroir and those that made it so special!

Activity and expertiseOur meat comes from Southwestern France and livestock is raised with artisan techniques, ensuring their comfort. This in turn allows us to get the best meat possible, respecting our values and our ethics.
We work with the same cuts of meat and same techniques as our elders, and have not strayed from their recipes and recommendations: we respect their expertise and our heritage.
