History and valuesThe “Compagnie des Desserts” is a group of ice cream makers, pastry chefs, and bakers who share a common goal: “become a dessert specialist for restaurants.” The group is a producer of handmade desserts. The company has built a reputation based on the quality of its production and innovation. This dessert manufacturer is committed to making special, customized products for all its customers. The Compagnie des Desserts therefore makes more than 1,000 custom creations per year. "We make desserts enjoyable" is the slogan of the Compagnie des Desserts. The group strives to revamp traditional French pastries, as well as develop innovative new recipes.

We have decided to cultivate a line of ice creams and pastries that are made in our workshops, and which draw upon the traditional art of gourmet pastry-making to satisfy all new to-go, gourmet, and discriminating customers.
