History and values

Confit de Provence is a family-owned French business specializing in fruit processing. Founded in 1980 and certified organic since 1994, the company has developed solid partnerships over the years with regional producers, cooperatives, and wholesalers in order to offer the very best fruits to its clientele. Ideally located in the heart of Provence, five minutes from Aix-en-Provence, the company produces a wide range of traditional, organic, and light jams in its factory, along with compotes, cheese accompaniments, and preserves.

Activity and expertise

Confit de Provence produces its recipes using premium raw materials, with a preference for fruits with designations of origin, such as the Provence apricot, the Provence red fig, and the Cavaillon melon. Once carefully selected, the fruits are cooked in a pot in the traditional style with cane sugar in order to offer jams with a unique flavor.
Confit de Provence's Ardèche chestnut cream was named Best Organic Product of 2017.
