Shelf life: 18 months at -18ºC (0ºF). Never refreeze a defrosted product.
Defrost your pastry in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before use (do not defrost in the microwave). Let it sit for a few minutes after removing it from the refrigerator, then roll it out with some flour, add the desired fillings, and bake in an oven heated to 200ºC (390ºF).
