Saveurs des prés-salés
Yannick Frain and his son Alexandre lead a herd of 1,200 ewes in Roz-sur-Couesnon (Ille-et-Vilaine). Their animals are in meadows regularly covered by the sea, the "herbus". This pasture gives a unique taste to the meat. Lamb from the salt meadow of Mont-Saint-Michel is a delicacy at Easter.
